Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Custom & made-to-order products
Custom products (like Custom Logo Risers) are produced just for you and are not eligible for return or refund. If a custom order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.
